Hidrock Announces New Leases and Improvements at Rivergate Square

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 15, 2026) — Hidrock Properties is pleased to announce a series of leases and property improvements at Rivergate Square Shopping Center, its 81,935-square-foot retail center located at 1584 Gallatin Pike North in Nashville.

The recent activity includes two new leases and a renewal totaling approximately 8,800 square feet:

• Latino Market, an independent grocery operator with a 16-year track record, signed a 10-year lease for approximately 3,800 square feet. The market will offer fresh produce, meats, specialty grocery items and a hot-food bar.

• Illusion Beauty renewed its lease for approximately 2,000 square feet, extending the beauty business’s presence at the shopping center.

• Whippd, a salon-suite operator, signed a new five-year lease for 1,270 square feet at Rivergate Square in March 2026.

Hidrock acquired Rivergate Square in November 2024.  The company is also planning a new pylon sign at the site that will feature an LED display to improve tenant visibility along Gallatin Pike North.

Rivergate Square is shadow-anchored by Home Depot and features a diverse roster of national, regional and local tenants, including Office Depot, dd’s Discounts, Dollar General, Outback Steakhouse and Jimmy John’s.

Located approximately eight miles north of downtown Nashville, the shopping center sits along a major retail corridor with traffic counts exceeding 30,000 vehicles per day and convenient access to Interstate 65 and U.S. Route 31E. The property is also located approximately one mile from RiverGate Mall, which is undergoing a $450 million mixed-use redevelopment expected to add commercial, residential, senior housing, hospitality, medical and office space to the area, further strengthening the surrounding area as a regional destination.
