Hidrock Properties Acquires Kings Mall Shopping Center in Cincinnati

 67,246-square-foot shopping center is anchored by Planet Fitness and located along the Mason retail corridor

CINCINNATI, OHIO (May 29, 2025) — Hidrock Properties, a privately held commercial real estate investment company, announced that it acquired Kings Mall Shopping Center, a 67,246-square-foot retail center located at 9966 Kings Auto Mall Road in Cincinnati, Ohio, in April 2025.

The 100-percent-occupied shopping center is anchored by Planet Fitness, which occupies 27,559 square feet. Its diverse tenant roster also includes LensCrafters, H&R Block, Play It Again Sports, Penn Station, Salon Lofts and other established businesses.

Built in 1990 and renovated in 2018, Kings Mall is situated on approximately 7.86 acres. The property is located approximately 20 miles north of downtown Cincinnati, just off Interstate 71, which carries more than 73,000 vehicles per day.

Kings Mall sits within the Mason retail corridor, a major shopping destination containing more than 1.8 million square feet of retail space. More than 146,000 people live within three miles of the center, where the average household income exceeds $156,000.
